Explicit Consent Statement

This Explicit Consent Statement has been prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform data subjects and obtain their consent for the processing activities requiring explicit consent on the website of Fenix Center AVM, operated by Fenix Dekorasyon İnşaat Turizm Ticaret A.Ş.

I acknowledge that I have been duly informed, through the KVKK Notice and the Cookie Policy, of the purposes for which my personal data will be processed, and that this statement does not replace the notice but contains only my declaration of explicit consent.

Under the KVKK, explicit consent is consent that is:
